7. How does ATP measure quality of service to it's clients?
In order to evaluate and improve the quality of service being provided to our clients, ATP has established several Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). The KPI’s have been established by careful review of past performance as well as feedback from ATP clients. These metrics are used to evaluate our performance, and to allow our company better visibility to the overall service being provided to our clients. 8. Is there a program in place to insure accuracy and completeness of billing?
ATP Personnel ensures accurate and complete billing through hands on quality control in our Accounts Payable and Receivable department. We recognize that inaccurate and incomplete billing is an inconvenience to our client and does not match our standard for doing business.
