Initially established in 1993 as a contract temporary employment agency in Houston, Texas, placing candidates in administrative and business professional positions. Pursuant to client demand ATP began providing technical contract labor in 1997 and in 2005 ATP successfully established a light industrial/manufacturing placement division.
